This is a 57 acre parcel at the end of Tenney Road which had a 2 family home and a 40x80 wood working shop. Current owners tore down half the 2 family which was a manufactured home on a poured concrete foundation. Subsequently they had the asbestos removed from the remaining portion of the 2 family and some of the soil where a small camp fire pit was. They also added a new drilled well. That plan was never recorded and the current owner let that expire but the town was very much in favor of it and would likely approve it again.
